My Kawais
Introduction: Mark first contacted me last month ... his photos were certainly worth waiting for. He has a very (very) impressive collection of Kawai guitars.
The guitar: Not one, but 3 Kawai guitars. 2 of the 3 are easily identifiable, but I have no idea what the third one is.
The story: In Mark's own words:
hallo.. my name is mark . i am from switzerland and my english is not so well..
i ' ve been playing guitar for 18 years with a few breaks between. i played stratocaster for a long time, then i bought a kawai guitar (dont know the model name / with schaller humbucker and floyd rose) for 250 swiss francs..wouw this kawai sounds incredible.. i still like fender but kawai seems to had a very good quality..in the last year i also bought an aquarius custom and an MS-1000.. if you like i send you the pictures..
my kawai guitars:
kawai aquarius custom (2 humbucker, turquoise blue finish, very good condition )..i guess from 1983 - 84
kawai ? ( 2 schaller humbucker, floyd rose like trem. red-metallic finish, very cood condition).. i dont know the year.. maybe you can help?
kawai moonsault 1000 ( 2 humbucker, silverburst finish, very cood condition).. 1984

Secondly, Mark's Moonsault. One day, I hope to find myself one of these.
